Our head instructors are Covid registered with Martial Arts Industry association. (MAIA) We have QR and hand written check in sheets at the entry to the Dojo.

As a fighting art, Southern Freestyle Martial Arts use of techniques modified from many ancient arts to meet the unrestrained and unpredictable nature of violent attackers.
